Hi everyone,
I've recently started working on FlexNet Manager Suite and I found a task "Virtual Cluster Server Scan for IBM PVU" that completed with errors. I did read that this could happen if the rule is trying to scan decommissioned VCenters. However, I was wondering what the role of this task is and where I would be able to find it setup (I do not see it in the Discovery and Inventory Rules page)?

A lot of various errors are possible, with some being more benign than others. I'd advise that you check the Rule Execution Details page to see if there's anything that sticks out.
If you find anything that you're unsure/concerned about, I'd recommend a support ticket so that we can help you investigate further and pinpoint exactly what's occurring.
Assuming that you are running 2019 R2, the following links may also be of some use to you:

Hello @sanbeam,
'Virtual cluster server scan for IBM PVU' is an internal rule that is created automatically when the option 'Collect inventory from VMware vCenter and Oracle VM Manager server' is ticked under under Discovery & Inventory -> Settings -> IBM PVU scanning.
You will be able to find further details by navigating to Settings (top right) -> System Health -> System Tasks, and searching for the rule name.
There will be a 'See details' link on the right-hand side, which will take you to the Rule Execution Details page.

Thank you, @jjensen. Would there be reasons for it to throw errors other than decommissioned VCenters?
