Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with Flexera reporting. I would like to know which Computers have Bitlocker turned on and which ones don't. I have reports from other systems but i would like to know if Flexera can help. Thank you

HI All, We have recently upgraded to FlexNet Manager 2019 R2 OnPrem. We also started sending reg. files to our endpoints so the O365 usage data can be reported by the Flexera agents. We have started seeing the Raw Software Usage data getting populated with all the fields except for the total active time. Any help on getting this data will be appreciated. We would like to use the total active time to downgrade the license E3 for the employees that don't frequently use the O365 package to an E1.

We are planning to upgrade our FlexNet manager OnPrem from 2017 R3 and 2019 R2. We have read through the documentation for all the known issues and the prerequisites. I just thought we might get more feedback on this forum. Are there any issues that we should be aware of before we start?

I need to create a custom column where i can enter additional information about the devices we have as a company. This will enable searching and sorting based off this new field. I would like to be able to add this to the All Inventory section of Flexera or the All Assets. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I am new to Flexera and i needed help getting last used date and metering for Microsoft O365 ProPlus. This is needed so we can remove the access from the users who don't or rarely use it. I can see who has Proplus but the usage data is not populating. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
