Multiple for 1 publisher

hi, if a publisher has multiple metrics for acknowledging the usage, how can we track this. 

Example

Publisher A has been purchased with the following licenses

- 100 one time users

- 20 frequent users (10-20 times a year)

- 50 permanent users (all the time)

@nandinisapru - In this case, you could create 3 "Custom Metric" licenses within FNMS, for each type of User Access "Frequency".  Next, you would allocate users to the correct "Frequency" license based on the actual usage of each user.  This assumes that there is some type of Administrator Console for this product that allows you to capture and report on usage activity by user.
