Hello All,
All of a sudden on-off uploads (purchase order) stopped processing in a multi-tenant environment. The xlsx is accepted by the web ui, passed over to the batch import directory and just sits there waiting for the task to expire.
The file is properly formatted (flexera support tested it on their end).
Any tips would be appreciated.
