Managesoft RL and Managesoft DL issue

Hi,

we have installed a beacon on newly created vm After the installation, we checked iis manager , but the beacon is not appearing as expected,managesoft Dl and RL is not showing.

Is there any troubleshooting steps or suggestions ?

Usually I have seen that behavior if the IIS config wasn't completely done as described under Installing FlexNet Manager Suite On Premises Installing FlexNet Manager Suite On Premises - Configure .NET and IIS (flexera.com)
Please check if you have installed all roles and features as described there.

Also, technically, the Beacon does not have to show up in a local IIS if it is only used for remote inventory (e.g. of vCenters) and the "Local web server" function was never enabled in the Beacon UI.

When the option is checked, the Beacon UI will warn you after hitting "save":
