@pkadam73 - Yes, this can be automated by creating a Business Adapter. From your data source you would export the current list of users for that product/service, and then the Business Adapter would read the list of users and allocate them to a specific Software License.
For example, you can export the current list of employees that are assigned to an active MSDN subscription from your Microsoft MVSC Portal as CSV or Excel, and the use a Business Adapter to allocate those users to the corresponding MSDN Software License within FlexNet Manager.
