Hi,

Hi,

You can raise the timeout threshold as described in the KB: https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-knowledge-base/Inventory-import-and-license-reconci...

Hi,
Thanks, will try that, but I noticed that my log has more and different lines. I hope this helps.

You can increase the timeout. In addition, I recommend ensuring that you are re-indexing your FNMSCompliance database weekly as part of your routine maintenance. This can have a HUGE impact on the Installer and File Evidence matching and cleanup tasks. A quick Google with your SQL Server version should bring up the specific syntax for your implementation.
