Latest update I have heard is that the next FlexNet Manager Suite on-premises release is nominally targeted to be available around mid December 2024.

does this new release will fix all issues found in the 2024 R1 and improve the Flexera agent as described in the SaaS release ?

The FlexNet Manager Suite 2024 R2 release will likely include most fixes that are listed on the Known Issues page as having been fixed in any of the following Flexera One ITAM releases:

2024 R1.<x> / <month> 2024 (Cloud)
2024 R2 / Nov 2024 (Cloud)

The Known Issues page will be updated with a list of actual issues fixed in the release in due course.
