Hi Forum,
Anyone using the FNMS cloud EU instance and pushing data to service now? There is an issue we are facing and we have triggered a manual export Full inventor of installed application task triggered and its been a day still the tool is showing the status as the task is triggered and no progress is not getting refreshed and its not enabling the option to retrigger the export.
Wondering anyone else facing this issue and where can we see the log files related to the export of Data to sevice now and are they available in any folder in the Beacon by chance as the same is not showing any where in the Web UI of the portal.
Any clues and suggestions are Appreciated.

Did you get this issue resolved? If not I would recommend that you create a support case to get assistance Flexera's team to assist troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, case is already raised and the service which got stuck got auto released after 24 hours even before support jumped in.
