Experience with FNMS Agent on Windows Server Core OS

Hi,

A customer just asked for FNMS agent compatibility with Windows Server Core editions. While mentions of compatibility with Server Core go way back in FNMS release notes, I did not find any specific content in the inventory gathering guidelines.

So, is there  anything specific to consider, installing the agent on Windows Server Core? (I guess not, because most  installations are done without UI interaction anyway.)

The FlexNet Manager Agent is supported on Windows Server Core. You just need to make sure that the bootstrap file is configured for silent install and MSIEXEC is launched with the silent install parameters.
