Discovery Log question

Hi all,

I have a question for some specific log messages from Discovery.log as following, anyone who knows what this means? Do I need to correct something to prevent skipped?

2020-08-02 21:59:00,861 [.BasicInventoryVisitor|Async] [INFO ] Skipped device '202.31.95.111' because it has no targets that are active (part of the current rule)
2020-08-02 21:59:02,868 [.BasicInventoryVisitor|Async] [INFO ] Skipped device '202.31.125.189' because it has no targets that are active (part of the current rule)

I'm so sorry, it's from 'Deviceinventory.log' not from 'Discovery.log'

sorry again for confusion.

Hi @gotqcorp ,

The error message is very explicit:

Skipped device '202.31.95.111' because it has no targets that are active (part of the current rule)

If you want to understand why is this info, because is marked as info and not error, you should answer the following quesiton:

What's the role of the device 202.31.95.111, what OS is, what do you you want to do investigate on this device.

What rule generate this info, it's a discovery rule, it's an inventory rule

This device is assigned to a target and and assigned to an action that you want to perform?
