When changing the Batch/Inventory/Web Server from 1 to 3 different severs, do you need to change the destination for Citrix iventory from the batch server to the new inventory server?
The communication will occur with the Beacon, so as long as Beacon is properly communicating with the Inventory server and everything is working on that end, you shouldn't need to adjust any Citrix configuration. There's diagram on page 388 of the adapter guide that lays out the architecture of the Xenapp Adapter which may be helpful:
