Bulk License Assignment for named user license/application/software

Hi Folks, 

Is it possible to assign and revoke licenses to user for named user license/application/software type in bulk? Do we have any documentation or article to complete this task?

You may want to reference other forum discussions like Batch license allocation if the Allocating Licenses doesn't work for your use case.
