anyone know anything around it ??

While I do not know why this is happening, look at the FNMS error logs at the same time this issue occurred when opening your beacon UI and maybe a more meaningful error message might be present.  Your beacon is failing to get something from the FNMS server so maybe the IIS logs on the FNMS server or in the Flexera logs folder might have some clues.

Try to rerun the powershell script, usually 503 mean internal server error.

Try to open the link from the server it self, the server where the beacon is connecting.

Yes, we tried everything..

* Space is not the issue.

* window auth enabled.

* logs are giving same error.

dont know where to start the Troubleshooting 😞

Places to check immediately after the error has been triggered for an indication of what is going on here are:

  1. Look for error and warning events in the Windows System and Application event logs on the parent beacon
  2. Look for any indications of problems in recent log files in the following subdirectories under C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\ComplianceLogging:
    1. BeaconIIS
    2. InventoryBeacon
    3. BeaconEngine
  3. Run a browser on the parent server and browse to the following URL to see if any error information is shown: http://localhost/inventory-beacons/api/download/importer-xml
