Backup of all data of FMNS

Hello Support,

Please I have been tasked with a query  by my company to find out what happen if we accidentally delete our data in FNMS, how can we restore the data deleted?

I have read about Flexera's SQL Database; how is this done? Can someone show me steps to do this in order to create a backup and restore deleted FMNS data.

@wasiutella - FlexNet Manager runs on a Microsoft SQL Server database.  The ongoing maintenance of the SQL Server database, backups, log files would be standard processing performed by a SQL Server database administrator.

You should make sure that a DBA within your IT Organization is assigned to the FlexNet Manager database.
