AutoCAD with no version

Hi,

I got this dilemma where in we are seeing AutoCAD with no version. Seems like info is coming from Flexera ARL with ID:arl://MGS-APP-00000114904. It says on the application container:

"This application is for an unspecified version of the software. Inventory systems do not return sufficient information to be able to accurately determine details of what version of the product has been installed."

Any thoughts on how we can get the version, perhaps from SWIDTAGS maybe?

Have you pulled the inventory (*.ndi) file and looked at it with a text editor?  Have you opened a support case directed to the Content Team yet?

No I haven't done it for both...

Those would be my starting recommendations.
