AWS Error After Upgrading to 2024 R1 from 2023 R2

Good day forums

Has anyone received  the following error on their AWS Integration after upgrading to FNMS 2024 R1.

Inventory gathering failed. Error: The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: Failed to get caller identity.

Please advise if you have a resolution.
