ARL - Micro Focus Operations Agent

It appears that newer versions of 'Micro Focus Operations Agent' applications are missing the precedence rule to take precedence from the versionless application for 'Micro Focus Operations Agent'.

I don't have any new evidence to submit. It is simply that some of the existing apps published in the ARL are missing the precedence rule for the versionless entry for the Operations Agent application. Hopefully the ARL team can schedule some time to do a quick review.

Hi @swannd , 

We have applied the precedence rule for all the Micro Focus Operations Agent versions, and these changes will be part of the 20th January 2023 ARL release.
