Unable to generate OAuth refresh token

Hi Folks,

We are trying to generate OAuth Refresh Token but getting below error message. Kindly help us to generate OAuth token.

Could you confirm if the user "Flexera-Mid_test" has the role 'x_fls_flexera_fnms.admin' assigned?
Please also double check if the password of the user "Flexera-Mid_test" is correct, and please confirm if you are able to log in using the user "Flexera-Mid_test"?

please make sure the Flexera_Mid-test account has the role 'x_fls_flexera_fnms.admin' assigned?  And then follow the below step to run the FlexNetManagerSuite_Upgrade fix script -

1. Navigate to the Flexera Integration > Advanced > Fix Scripts.
2. Click FlexNetManagerSuite_Upgrade -> Click Run Fix Script

If the issue still persists, please log a support case, we can set up a call to review the issue.
