When models are missing from the database, our team has been opening up cases in a manual effort. Are there any ways for us to automatically alert relevant teams and get the database updated?
In the Normalize UI settings, you'll find details about where your unmatched file is stored locally. You'll also find an option (which is enable by default) to have the unmatched file automatically sent to Flexera for processing according to Technopedia resolution goals.
