Admin Console and User console are on 5.22 we are trying to update to 5.23  and beyond but it fails stating that it cannot find 5.14 update set and fails to install anything.

HI Tim,

One possible reason is:

If an old product version was installed (eg : 5.5.13) earlier and was being used , then the old version was uninstalled and a new product version (eg : 5.5.22) was installed.

However on the new install , if you select "Use existing objects" during the configuration - old database objects are used, you could see old references to patches like 5.5.14 as the database objects were not overwritten/dropped during the new install.

If that is the case, we can assist manually to disable the old patches being referred to in the database.

Hope this helps.
