Your system is not licensed to use this application?.
Hello,
We switched to a user based license last week and it all seems good. However, we have two users that we know of so far that can't access the App Portal.
They receive the message stating "Your system is not licensed to use this application."
We don't understand why. They show in the WD_User table and in the Admin tab under Users as well as their computers. We had them clear their cache, tried different browsers, rebooted. No go! One is a Mac (other Macs work) and one is a Windows 10 box.
thanks
alexsunny

The only time that you will see the "Your system is not licensed to use this application" message, is when you have a licensed view, or licensed collection defined under settings->website, and the device logging in is not part of the collection or view.. Go to settings->website and remove any licensed collection or licensed views that you have defined.. Note that a user based license will not actually use the specified view/collection in calculating the license usage (a device based license will use these in calculating the count).. It simply blocks the device from accessing the site.. If you have a user based collection, the the license count is based on the number of rows in WD_User which have been updated in the last 7 days.
