Hello, I've had the following question asked me by an App Portal user, 'in the "View all Inventory" screen. There are different columns for "Used" and "Utilized". I understand what "Used" is, but I'd like to know what "Utilized" is.' I'd like to know if this is a common question, so If you know could you please share it with the group, or if not , then let us know and in a short while I'll publish the 'Official' Viewpoint. thanks alexsunny

Hello, We switched to a user based license last week and it all seems good. However, we have two users that we know of so far that can't access the App Portal. They receive the message stating "Your system is not licensed to use this application." We don't understand why. They show in the WD_User table and in the Admin tab under Users as well as their computers. We had them clear their cache, tried different browsers, rebooted. No go! One is a Mac (other Macs work) and one is a Windows 10 box. thanks alexsunny
