One on my users is reporting that App Portal is not opening correctly for them.They see the attached. They said if they close and reopen is usually fixes the issue.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this before?

Strange. I've not seen this before. There should be nothing in the product that would redirect to esd/shared/footer. I'm inclined to point the finger at the browser. Perhaps it has cached the URL or something? Can this be reproduced with multiple browsers? Cleaning up the history would probably take care of the issue.
If you could reproduce this, then I might suggest opening the browser developer tools (F12) and looking at the network tab to see if you see a redirect taking place.

Thanks - the person is a heavy user of App Portal and has multiple windows open when this happens. I'll get them to check to see if we can find where the redirect is taking place next time it occurs.
