All Flexera product documentation is available at https://docs.flexera.com. App Broker does support SAML (as well as other methods) for single sign-on to our user interface (see docs here). However, this does not apply to accessing our API's. If you are using ServiceNow as the front-end catalog for your users, the authentication of API calls from ServiceNow to App Broker would still require Basic Authentication. But your catalog administrators would be able to log into the admin interface using SAML SSO.
