AppPortal FNMS integration not working

Did anyone see below error on AppPortal and FNMS integration? It was working well but getting this error now. 

There was no endpoint listening at that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

There are no reports of any "incidents" on, and I've not seen any other customers reporting issues. Are you still experiencing issues? I just ran a few test API calls against ITAM (The compliance API), and the response times seemed normal.

Yes, We are still seeing the issue. Case was also opened for the same.

Did this get resolved through the support case?  If so, can you post the root cause/resolution here for others?
