Tuner Unable to Launch

Hello. My department recently upgraded our systems to Windows 10.

After Windows 10 was installed we were able to install Admin Studio 15 Enterprise on our systems. We all activated the licenses as well. Everything in the application works except for the Tuner.

When attempting to launch Tuner we all get the splash screen for a few seconds and it closes.

We have attempted to reinstall this on multiple workstations and we can also confirm the Tuner works as intended with Windows 7.

Any ideas?

Hi,

If you have a valid maintenance plan with Flexera, you should be able to get AS 2016. This way you can try out Tuner on Win 10 machine and see if it works for you.
