Skipping the "Time spent" splash page when going from one template step to the next

The SLA clock that it generates is more than adequate for our needs, how do we eliminate the window that pops up asking us to record how much hour/minute is spent per step? Cannot find anything in web.config to get this done.

There's not really an easy way to do this, no specific setting or anything of the like.

Basically, it would have to be a code change to get this to work as you want it to. While it's not something formally supported, our Professional Services team is certainly capable of assisting.
