SMS notification

I have a user that when he logs into Flexera he does not receive an SMS code sent to his phone to continue the log in.  I verified his phone number, deleted and added him again and still no luck.  Any help would be appreciated.

There currently is a known issue with our SMS messaging. We're looking into it and will update with more info.
