Repackaging Borland C++ 5.02 - "Fatal error: Cannot open default project!"

Has anyone repackaged Borland C++ 5.02??
I have done so and find that all is fine and dandy until
I launch the main .exe (bcw.exe) and then it gives me the error
"Fatal error: Cannot open default project!" (see attached file)...

It doesn`t matter whether i launch the file directly or from the
shortcut, it always does this. Even when I try to launch an .ide
file I get an error, so it doesn`t seem to be the default project that
is missing (as I have copied that over from the legacy project and
tested it anyway - still doesn`t work).

I have done a legacy differences test, file mon`d and reg mon`d it,
manually registered any self registered files, but to no avail.

Any tips/ hints or experience would be very grateful 🙂

Many thanks in advance,
Sophie
