Reconfiguration after restart PC

Hello,
I have a problem with a msi package build with AdminStudio 7.0.
After the installation I start the app and it starts without a problem.
Now I can start the app so often I would want and every time the app start without an error.
After a reboot of the PC I start the app and the windows installer reconfigure the app. From this point the app work without a problem till I restart the PC then the windows installer reconfigure the app.

How can I disable this feature with the admin studio?

You've included an operating system file or registry key that shouldn't be in your package. Do some cleanup and recompile your MSI.
