Problem to Activate AdminStudio 2014 after a computer failure

Recently I had a general failure on my computer and have to change from computer, but this is year already changed form an old computer. I couldn't find an option to open a new case and need to release this license and activate in a new one. How can I proceed?

Use the "Get Support" menu above to open a ticket.  Some ways to open a support ticket are covered in the link below:

There isn't no  suchoption, as showing in attachment, above "Get Support".
