The installer is available when searched in package module, however it unable to download. Please see screenshot attached. Thanks.

This would indicate the setup is not publicly accessible, so we cannot host it for direct download. On the plus side, the new version is known to you and offers command-line installation info; you just need to download and provide the setup file yourself (typically requiring a login and agreement of some kind). If you should find that it is publicly available for download, please share the link, and we will see about hosting it.

It turned out this is a public download but was not made available due to failing some of our tests. This has since been corrected, and you should now see this particular package available for direct download again. Thanks!
