OS Snapshot entries not appearing after import

Folks, I'm on v7.5 of Flexnet, and after importing a new OS snapshot, it tells me it was successful, ala
OS snapshot importation of file information in progress.
OS snapshot importation of INI file information in progress.
OS snapshot importation of shortcut information in progress.
OS snapshot importation of registry information in progress.
Information for 19936 file(s), 7769 INI file entries, 86198 registry key(s), and 41 shortcut(s) was successfully imported.

However, I see nothing in the group I created & imported this into..?
Meaning no imported OS data

we have the same issue on AS 11.5 Professional SP2. Any resolutions on this?
