MSI runs fine manually but not automatically

Have edited an MSI that just does a custom install rather than a desktop install. When this is run manually everything is fine. When runs through the Citrix install it seems to revert to the desktop install. This is doing my head in!! Any help greatfully received.

Where did you make the change? Is UI sequence skipped when running through Citrix?

Changed InstallType in Property Manager from Desktop to Custom and like I said shows up fine if you just run the msi manually and keep pressing next.

Well, you have to take a look at verbose installation log for clues.
