InstallShield Tuner for Lotus Notes

I am upgrading a Lotus Domino server, and would like to deploy the clients automatically. Then If ound the article from IBM Forum .
However I can't find the tool "InstallShield Tuner for Lotus Notes". Anyone can tell me where i can download.

InstallShield Tuner for Lotus Notes is included on the Install CD for Notes; it is included in the Apps directory.

How to install the InstallShield Tuner for Lotus Notes

From the Lotus Domino installation CD, in the Apps/InstallShield Tuner for Lotus Notes directory, run the setup file, SETUP.EXE.
