snapshot repackaging works without errors.
You may be experiencing interference due to security software. Try it on a completely clean system (using Remote Repackager or Standalone Repackager).
Also, if you are already using Remote Repackager, try using mapped drives instead of UNC to connect to your AdminStudio Client Tools machine.
Just FYI, I prefer snapshots. They're not quite as fast, but they always work.
