ISDEV : error -3204 when I do build in Repackage

When I repackage Maxthon, on builld process I get error:

ISDEV : error -3204: Cannot extract icon with index 0 from file C:\Program Files (x86)\AdminStudio\2016\Repackager\redist\Language Independent\OS Independent\setupicon.ico for icon ARPPRODUCTICON.exe

I have view the content of the problem icon file by notepad, not starting with ‘BM’

The error disappeared when I save project to local hard disk. Saving project into network place cause error
