Downloaded EXE Programs

I downloaded WINRAR and Adobe Reader. Both are EXE files that I want to make into MSI packages so I can distribute through Group Policies. I am new to this program and when I made the Adobe package it put what appears to be a launcher on my client (meaning there was an Icon called Launch Adobe80_en_US.exe). When I double click on that it goes through the installation process. I obviously want it installed so the user doesn't have to do anything. Is there a way to do this? I would think I would have to extract the Adobe_80_eng_US.exe and WINRAR.EXE into folders then make the package but I dont know what the switch is or if I need another program to do that.

Any help is appreciated.

First, adobe reader needs to be extracted to the core files. This is done following these instructions:

Adobe apps are always a little troublesome, but they have some a long way to make it easier. Read the documentation and use their tool. It will save you hours of hair pulling.

WinRar is not an MSI so you would need to repackage it to leverage it well.
Good luck to you.
