I can confirm we have Microsoft ODBC Driver 18 available in several languages for download from our Package Feed Module for AdminStudio.

Just tested this in AdminStudio and it download and imports into my Application Catalog quickly:

Microsoft Corporation Microsoft ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server (x64) v18.2.2.1 now available in Package Feed Module. Tested it again and works great within AdminStudio 2023.
