Converting 3.5 SQL Database to 5.0

Has anyone heard of an update of this situation? I know that the developers are working the issue but I haven't heard back from them. Also, have any of you had the same issue when attempting to convert the 3.5 sql database for the Conflict Manager to the 5.0 version? Currently the only workaround I have been able to work with is to create a new sql database and re-insert all my apps and merge module information.

Does the upgrade fails or it just that you do not see all your imported MSI and merge modules after the upgrade?
It fails.
You can send me the upgrade log files.

Steps:
1 Create a registry key as below
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\InstallShield\AdminStudio]
"DebugLogLevel"="3"

2 Run the upgrade

2 The log files will be created. You can find it under
C:\AdminStudio Shared\Upgrade Logs and
C:\Program Files\InstallShield\AdminStudio\5.0\Adminstudio.log
