Can't uninstall AdminStudio?

When I try uninstalling AdminStudio, I encounter the following error message:

Error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\InstallShield AdminStudio.msi

And then after hitting 'OK' I get:

Fatal error during installation.

What's going on here? What should I do to fix this?

Are you uninstalling from add/remove programs? If you are then I would recommend rerunning the original installation and this should allow you to uninstall successfully.
