Backlog Automation Log

Hi Team,

whenever i check the Automation Logs at the "Backlog" tab I can only see failed (please see screenshot). I would like to dig a little deeper on what has caused the issue as to why my "Subscribed" apps did NOT download automatically, What has failed, etc.

Hopefully someone can point me to the right direction where I can look for these information such as log files. Thanks.

Could you please provide us the more details or else you can raise a support ticket and provide me with all the details in the ticket so that I can look into the issue further?
