We upgraded today from AES 10 - AES 11. The upgrade left the privious service packs for version 10 installed. The upgrade for Installshield to 12 left the privious service packs installed as well. After getting everything installed, AES 11 still had the same bugs as 10 when trying to connect with package expert from a client.
