1406 error creating reg key

Hi

I created a component which creates a regkey under Local_Machine

I set the permissions on this key (i.e. the one it is going to create) to [%DOMAINUSER] [LogonUser] to full controll

However when I run the installation I the 1406 error, I am also logged in as the local administrator at the time so did not think I needed to add permissions in any event.

Any ideas please
