It sounds like you have applied the hotfix for the Enterprise edition against the Standard edition. In the KB article for this hotfix, there should be a package for the Standard edition. InstallAnywhere will allow you to install a private copy of the JVM, but you won't be able to install a system-wide instance that can be picked up by any Java application. For the latter, you need to use Sun's JVM installer.
