How do you stop all probes reporting to a ring fenced beacon and just report through all others

Hi Team, can someone please explain what what the user are for with flexera?  they aren't linked to an account when this was setup they added all the names from AD including  test and other accounts

I manually added all my subnet to the correct subnets and Beacons, when I come into work they have disappeared, Ive found some unassigned ones this morning and placed them into the correct beacon, my question is how the system can find all my IP Add...
