Trying to set up email notifications (Tools > Options > Notification Settings). Using AdminStudio 2020 Standard on a Windows 10 device. After entering all my info (info is correct; I'm using it in a PowerShell script and can successfully send email) and clicking the "Test" button, I get the following error message: HRESULT: 80004002 Error: 800401f3. Could not instantiate required class. Any ideas how to resolve? Thank you.

I've installed AdminStudio 2020 (Standard) on a Windows 10 device (latest build of Win 10) and am trying to run the Application Catalog wizard. I've also installed SQL Server Express 2019 on the same device. When I run the Application Catalog wizard, I enter the name of my device, choose Windows Authentication, use "AdminStudio Evaluation Catalog" as the name of the catalog, but then I receive a "Login timeout expired" message when I click the "Test" button. I've also tried the fully qualified name of my device (devicename.blah.blahblah.com) and "localhost". Not sure how to resolve.

I was able to have someone access the Product and License center, and from there they were able to retrieve the activation code for the new 2020 version of AdminStudio. I’ve entered the code and verified it works. Thank you.

Just upgraded from AdminStudio 2019 to 2020 (2019 version notified me there was an upgrade available). Now every time I launch AdminStudio from the Start menu (running latest build of Windows 10), I get prompted with a dialog saying I have 21 days remaining for evaluation. I choose the option "Activate or Purchase AdminStudio". I enter the Activation Code, click the "Activate" button, then receive an "Activation Complete!" notification. And then the same dialog appears about having 21 days to evaluate. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Tried rebooting the system but that didn't help. Final odd thing is when I click "Check for Updates", I get a dialog saying "The Software Manager does not recognize this product. Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product. Error 13001: Product Not Registered with the FLEXnet Connect." Next thing I was going to try was a complete uninstall/reinstall unless someone can suggest a less time-consuming fix. Thank you.

Have just started working with AdminStudio and am testing the Repackager (2019 Standalone Repackager R2 SP1). Installed the Repackager on a Windows 10 (build 1909) VM and also installed all the pre-reqs, rebooted, etc. Wanted to try to repackage a relatively simple application first, so I arbitrarily picked Notepad++. Tried to repackage the 64-bit EXE. Tried using Installation Monitoring, since that was the default, recommended option. After the dialog indicating that Repackaging has begun, the following errors are thrown: Error dialog 1: Dialog box title: InstallMonitor 64bit Launcher Dialog box message: LoadInjectionDriver failed. Error: 193 Error dialog 2: Dialog box title: InstallMonitor 64bit Launcher Dialog box message: InjectLibrary32 failed. Error: 2 Error dialog 3: Dialog box title: InstallMonitor 64bit Launcher Dialog box message: InjectLibrary64 failed. Error: 2 The process then continues to the Done screen ("Click Done when you are ready to complete the monitoring process"). Error dialog 4: Dialog box title: InstallMonitor 64bit Launcher Dialog box message: UnInjectLibrary32 failed. Error: 2 Error dialog 5: Dialog box title: InstallMonitor 64bit Launcher Dialog box message: UnInjectLibrary64 failed. Error: 2 Then I can click "Next" to get to the Summary screen, and I see there are 0 files and 0 registry entries, so it appears nothing is being captured. Any ideas what is going wrong and what I can do to remediate? Thanks!
