Fonts .ttf failed on Win 7

Any idea..I already takeownership of the folder. C:\\Windows\\FontsBut still failed,Tried to put file .ttf on C:\\ first and move the file to Fonts folder but still the same.No prob on Win XP.Any idea what else should I do on the scripting?
