Fonts .ttf failed on Win 7

Any idea..
I already takeownership of the folder. C:\\Windows\\Fonts
But still failed,
Tried to put file .ttf on C:\\ first and move the file to Fonts folder but still the same.
No prob on Win XP.

Any idea what else should I do on the scripting?

I use Takeown /f c:\windows\fonts

Didn't work...Anyone genius out there? Help?
